To subscribe the service you must agree and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy associated with the service.
Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions of the weasy.io platform sold by Weasy -
Web Made Easy, Lda, established at Edificio Jardim, Praça Doutor Eduardo de Freitas - 4615-515 LIXA, with NIPC 514 509 783, further on in this document referred to as Weasy. By using this service you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Service description
WEASY is a company that provides the weasy.io platform to providing the customer with a corporate or e-commerce website on SaaS (software as a service) plan. The use of this service is free during 14 days of trial period, after that period, the customer of the service will have to subscribe one of the suggested paid plans. The subscription could be a monthly or annual payment and will be charged to the customer of the service, depending on the chosen plan. Weasy reserves the right to cancel any account in fault.
Access and Registration
The customer of this service guarantees that he/she is of legal age (equal or superior to 18 years) and agrees that all information provided to Weasy is true and complete and when necessary, must update this information.
Weasy reserves the right to cancel the service, at any time and without prior notice, if detects irregularities in the information provided by the customer of the service. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account at Weasy and responsible for all activity that occurs in his account.
Using the weasy.io Platform
Weasy does not guarantee that the service is free of errors and nonconformities. The weasy.io platform was developed to be integrated into third-party platforms such as a Facebook Page, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo and more, thus being subject to the Policies and Conditions of these. Weasy is not responsible for any changes to these Policies and Conditions and that influences the smooth operation of the platform weasy.io. Weasy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the unavailability of the service.
Free Plans
The weasy.io platform occasionally creates free plans or products.
The existence of such plans may be canceled at any time without notice.
All free plans can be limited in functionality and they are valid for 6 months starting from the date of subscription.
Content
All contents (products, text, image, etc.) included in the customer's website are a responsibility of the customer of this service.
Weasy may cancel or remove, at any time and without prior notice, the service if it considers the contents appear to be illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or that promote aggression on any individual or group or on animals, or that violate privacy, copyrights, patent rights or commercial rights.
Intellectual Property
The term weasy.io can't be used in any situation that could be confused with another page that is not owned by Weasy. It's expressly forbidden to use the terms (weasy or weasy.io) in the name of a Website or Online Store that is not created on the weasy.io platform.
Sales and Orders
The whole process of sales and orders is the responsibility of the customer of the service, there being no interference from Weasy.
Weasy does not check the products that are offered for sale in the online store by the customer of this service. Product placement is done automatically without any validation by Weasy.
The customer of this service expressly accepts that in no case will Weasy be called upon to settle, directly or indirectly, in any matters occurring from the contractual relationship between the Customer (platform user weasy.io) and its own customers, namely to the provision of any service or supply of products, in their nature, opportunity, quality and price.
Means of Payment Available
All weasy.io plans can be paid by ATM, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Paypal. If you wish to use online payments on your website, you must request and contract your own ATM entity, Paypal account, account for credit cards or other means of payment from the entities provided by weasy.io, being the sole responsibility of the Client the use and management of this contract.
Refund Policy
Weasy does not return payments after subscribing to monthly, annual or any other plans. Weasy, allows the possibility to cancel a plan at any time, as long as you have not opted for a loyalty period. Failure in the payment of a plan subscribed, within the specified time, determines the cancellation of the account.
After the cancellation all the contents of the Client Website will be automatically erased, this operation is irreversible and does not confer any right to the Client on the data, documents, and images stored in the platform.
Domain Transfer
The domains of responsibility of weasy.io can be transferred to who the client indicates, having a cost of 25 € + VAT per domain.
Themes
By subscribing the service you can choose the theme you want for your website. The theme you have chosen can be used by you or by any other client. There is no exclusivity in the themes available.
You may not use weasy.io themes for other services without being properly licensed.
In any themes, there is the possibility of personalizing them. All themes, regardless of modification or not, have to mention in the footer reference to the contracted service, usually the designation of weasy.io with a link to the main page of the service provider Weasy in http://weasy.io.
Use of images
All images used in the themes by Weasy are copyrighted and were purchased for internal use and demonstrations of weasy.io. The client can not use the images present in the themes. If you want an image of the ones used, you must acquire the rights of the same one in the respective image bank. Alternatively, you can use images from the free image banks that we indicate on the platform. The use of images without rights of the images is the exclusive responsibility of the client.
Support
All plans in weasy.io, include a help center for placement and clarification of doubts. The paid plans include email and chat support. Weasy reserves the right to only provide phone assistance in special plans defined with this type of assistance and who are no longer in the trial period.
Backups
Although there are monitoring services and backups, these can be the target of failures since they are automated processes. There may be software, hardware, or other configurations.
The contractor can not claim any compensation for damages caused by loss of information, altered data, stolen data, among others in relation to the service provided.
Change of Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Service may be updated by Weasy without prior notice. You should consult them regularly to stay informed. Only use this service if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
